A simple definition of vitamin ÷ 

one of several substances that are found in certain types of food and that are important for growth and good health is called vitamin.

In other words we can say that we have a second definition of vitamin; विटामिन (vitamin) या जीवन सत्व भोजन के अवयव हैं जिनकी सभी जीवों को अल्प मात्रा में आवश्यकता होती है। रासायनिक रूप से ये कार्बनिक यौगिक होते हैं। उस यौगिक को विटामिन कहा जाता है जो शरीर द्वारा पर्याप्त मात्रा में स्वयं उत्पन्न नहीं किया जा सकता बल्कि भोजन के रूप में लेना आवश्यक है।

In english;

A vitamin is an organic molecule that is an essential micronutrient which an organism needs in small quantities for the proper functioning of its metabolism. Essential nutrients cannot be synthesized in the organism, either at all or not in sufficient quantities, and therefore must be obtained through the diet.

 There are 13 essential vitamins — vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, B6, B12, and folate).  

Vitamin ; Where are they found.

 Vitamin A:

  •  yellow, red and green (leafy) vegetables, such as spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes and red peppers

In fruit;

  • yellow fruit, such as mango, papaya and apricots

Vitamin B: 

As we know that there are eight types of vitamin B,each with a unique function in the body.

vitamin B1;

Most people can get all nutritions including Vitamin B. It's found in many foods like yeast, cereal grains, beans, nuts, and meat.

vitamin B2;

This is one of them eight b vitamins that are important for human health and it found in grains plants and dairy products (milk , chease, butter, cream and casein etc.)
